Bulk Fabricated Products was started May 1, 2001 to supply world-class parts, design, manufacturing and fabricated work. Bulk Fabricated Products experienced staff over the years has produced a wide variety of commercial products and completed hundreds of custom fabrications, in steel, aluminum and stainless.

Through continuous improvement and equipment enhancements, Bulk Fabricated Products has become a leader for low volume laser cut and formed parts for the recreational vehicle and lawn & garden industries.

Custom Metal Fabricating
	With Bulk Fabricating Products, Laser Cutting - Shearing – Press Brake and Cut-to-Length Lines are all part of our customized metal fabricating. These services are offered in conjunction with tig and mig welding capabilities to provide a full range of quality, customized metal fabricating abilities from the simplest of formed parts to a completely finished product.

Metal Forming
	Bulk Fabricated Products is able to form metal through various methods to exacting tolerances, shapes and sizes. Metal forming capabilities range from a cut –to-length line, plate shear and a 250 ton Press Brake.

Machining Services
	Bulk Fabricated Products offers a precision tooling and general machining resource center with an experienced staff and advanced equipment. CAD/CAM, EDM, CNC and laser cutting account for the technologies that make BFP a prominent southeast supplier.

Laser Cutting
	The Trumpf 30-30 4 KWT Laser enables Bulk Fabricated Products to cut various metals ranging from .020 to 1.0 inches thick, allowing Bulk Fabricated Products to offer customer solutions from prototypes to low to medium volume laser production.
